Together, they offer food assistance to those affected by natural disasters and unstable living conditions. With the invaluable support of its donors, Hunger-Free Philippines continues to make a sustained impact on various communities. Josephine’s unwavering commitment to achieving this objective has driven the organization towards success, and they are determined to do more to provide food and essential resources for all. It all started with one box.
After living in Texas for two decades, Josephine Bryan returned to the Philippines to visit her ailing father. Little did she know that this journey would profoundly alter the course of her life. Confronted with the harsh reality of extreme poverty in her homeland, Josephine’s heart was forever changed and inspired her to make a difference. Driven by compassion, Josephine began with a simple act of kindness – setting aside a part of her budget and assembling a box filled with clothes, canned goods, sugar, and coffee for those in need.
